1. Stock Availability

Subject to stock availability, Gyari Organics strives to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be occasional discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or request a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, and the calculated price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.

3. Transit Time

  • Domestic: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.
  • International: International orders are typically in transit for 4 – 22 days, depending on the selected courier. More specific estimates are available at checkout.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM – PDT (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day or the next business day.
  • Operating Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
  • Change of Delivery Address: Requests to change delivery addresses can be accommodated before the order is dispatched.

5. P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping

  • P.O. Box: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
  • Military Address: We can ship to military addresses using USPS but not through courier services.

6. Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order. Items already in the order will be reserved while awaiting restocking.

7. Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted period, please contact us for further investigation.

8. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment’s progress based on updates from the shipping provider.

9. Damaged Parcels and Duties/Taxes

  • Damaged Parcels: If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible and contact customer service. If delivered, inform customer service for further assistance.
  • Duties/Taxes: Import duties and taxes may apply for international shipments, and customers are advised to be aware of these potential costs before placing orders. Refusal to pay may result in return shipping costs deducted from refunds.

10. Cancellations and Insurance

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.
  • Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon completion of investigations into damaged or lost parcels by the courier.
